Payment
Deposits must be paid for designing to begin. Deposits are non-refundable but will be applied to your total order balance.
Payment for the order total must be received in full before production begins.
Artwork
All art must be approved by the customer before production starts. While Custom Pup will strive to ensure there are no errors in the art, it is ultimately the customer’s responsibility to notify Custom Pup of any errors before production begins. Any necessary changes or corrections in spelling, dates, wording, graphics, etc must be communicated, made and approved before production begins. Should an error be found after production begins, the incorrect items can be replaced at the customer’s expense.
The custom artwork designed by Custom Pup for your order is the intellectual and copyright property of Custom Pup Creative Works and may not be used, copied, or distributed for any purpose outside of the order it was designed for. The customer may purchase the rights to use or distribute the artwork separately.
Customer-provided artwork will not be shared, copied, distributed, or used in any way outside of the order it was provided for. Custom Pup will not distribute customer-provided art to be used by anyone else without written consent from the customer that provided it.
Your initial deposit is not an art fee and typically does not cover the cost of the art for customer use or distribution.
Refunds and Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable.
Should you need to cancel your order, a full refund (less the deposit) will be given if production has not started. If production has already started, a partial refund will be issued for the non-personalized items.
If your order has been completed, a partial refund may be issued at Custom Pup’s discretion if you decide to return your order or parts of your order within 30 days of completion or delivery, whichever is applicable. The customer will be responsible for return shipping or drop off if the order has already been delivered.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact Custom Pup at custompupcreativeworks@gmail.com as soon as the problem is discovered to first see if the problem can be resolved.
No refunds will be issued if the reason for return is due to an error on the customer’s part. Errors on the customer’s part include but are not limited to: the customer approved artwork that contained an error, whether caused by Custom Pup or the customer; the customer selected the wrong item, color, etc for the order.
